BAWLS Guarana Exxtra is the sugar free version of BAWLS Guarana. Just like the original BAWLS bottle, this drink comes in a glass bottle with raised bumps for extra grip and good looks. Both the bottle and the drink itself are crystal clear. An interesting thing to note is that while the original BAWLS Guarana contains carbonated water, BAWLS Guarana Exxtra does not.
The taste of this drink stays true to that of the original BAWLS Guarana drink. BAWLS Guarana Exxtra has a smooth texture and a light flavor that makes it very easy to drink. There is virtually no after taste and you can hardly taste the artificial sweeteners. The Amazonian Guarana berry, found in this drink, has a very unique flavor that is hard to describe, it has a light flavor similar to crème soda with just a hint of spice.
Like the original BAWLS, this drink is advertised as a high caffeine Guarana soda. The energy level was close to that of the original BAWLS, but without the sugar rush. While this drink tastes great and looks cool, the energy just isn’t as good as you would expect it to be.
