BAWLS Guarana G33K B33R, pronounced Geek Beer, is the newest concoction from BAWLS Guarana. G33K B33R is the first-ever high caffeine root beer, spiked with guarana. This drink comes in a brown glass bottle with raised bumps for extra grip and good looks. The name G33K B33R is a tribute to the loyal fans who have made BAWLS such a success.
Upon opening a bottle of G33K B33R the smell is that of root beer, and that is just what you get. G33K B33R has a sweet, solid root beer flavor from start to finish. This is the only energy drink we know of that has a root beer flavor. There are virtually no chemical tastes or bad aftertastes. The sugary flavor of this root beer does linger in your mouth for a bit after drinking it, but this is not entirely a bad thing. Overall, G33K B33R is very smooth and easy to drink.
This drink is advertised as a high caffeine Guarana Root Beer. I did experience a relatively good initial rush of energy when I finished off the drink, likely due to the 36 grams of sugar. After this initial rush, I still did have a fair amount of energy but it was nothing special. There was no crash after drinking G33K B33R, rather the energy just faded away over a couple of hours.
