AMP Energy Relaunch comes in a black and orange can with a large AMP logo in silver and white. The orange design and the color of the liquid both give the vibe of an orange soda, and that is about what you get. The can has kind of a cool look to it, unfortunately there is far too much text on it. The front of the can is also quite jumbled with different descriptions, names, and ingredients.
AMP Energy Overdrive is a cherry infused version of the original AMP Energy Drink. This drink has an intense cherry flavor in addition to the original AMP flavor. This flavor is very similar to Mountain Dew Code Red or Mountain Dew Game Fuel. This drink does a good job at covering up the medicinal taste found in other drinks. On the downside, this drink is a bit heavy and syrupy at times.
AMP Energy Overdrive provided a nice boost that lasted for a couple of hours without causing a crash at the end. The drink contains 160 mg of caffeine which is not too bad. The ingredients also include taurine, guarana, and B vitamins. Also the can advertises that this drink contains electrolytes to help revive and hydrate your body, this is definitely a plus.
